  • Poland

Estimated delivery time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

We use DHL as our primary logistics partner.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak seasons or unforeseen events

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Return Costs

Refunds
